In the midst of pandemic last 2020 when restaurants are closing down, Spice Grill open doors and hired 17 staff who lost their job during the recession. We were determined to overcome pandemic obstacles with ingenuity and resilience.

Our mission is to provide exceptional service, delicious food, and a memorable experience for all our customers. At the heart of our values are freshness, flavor, hospitality, and community. We strive to be a leader in the restaurant industry by offering innovative, delicious meals that satisfy both our customers' taste buds and their desires for an enjoyable dining experience.

Founder

Cristine Caringal

“Do it with passion or not at all.” This is the principle that has guided Cristine with every business she has built since 2008, including one of the most iconic restaurants in both Dubai and Manila – Dampa Seafood Grill and won awards such as; Expo Eats Awards - Best Local Gem Restaurant Timeout and Best Budget & Highly Commended Restaurant.

Cristine also won 2022 Most Influential Filipina Woman in the World Award (Founder & Pioneer) Category at Global FWN100 awarded at Lisbon,Portugal.

She is passionate and driven innovator who believes in leading by example, Cristine is renowned for her inclusive yet hands-on style of management. Always on the lookout for new culinary and retail ideas, Cristine personally directs the creative development of Spice Grill, constantly introducing new product offerings and exciting new dining experiences for its patrons.

Founder

Lourds Adalia-Evertse

Lourds comes from an exceptional customer service, operations and leadership background. She was a founding member and the previous COO of Creative Zone, the largest business set-up company in the UAE. After a decade within the corporate environment, she ventured into entrepreneurship with the aim of combining her extensive experience in organizational management with her natural ability for finding solutions to everyday challenges.

Lourds is also an Entrepreneur Mentor and Speaker where she helps salaried employees transition into the world of Entrepreneurship. She is a Philippine/Dutch citizen and a graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant management, holding several academic and leadership awards. With Spice Grill, she channels her sharp thinking and relentless energy into the industry where her heart has always belonged.
